• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain complex systems using business and administrative applications
• Manage the design and development of application requests and ERP system interfaces
• Provide technical support and second-level problem resolution for production and process issues

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Proven expertise in managing Workday security configurations and access controls
• Strong understanding of compliance standards and ability to conduct audits of security roles
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts effectively

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain security policies
• Commitment to continuous improvement by staying current with Workday updates and security best practices
• Ability to develop and deliver training materials promoting system security and compliance
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and generate actionable security insights
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues within Workday
