Role OverviewExecutive IT Support Consultant – trusted technology advisor and hands‑on support for C‑level and senior leadership. Blend deep technical acumen with white‑glove service, professionalism, discretion, and proactive risk mitigation.
Responsibilities- Trusted technology advisor and escalation point for C‑level and senior leaders, both on‑site and remotely.
- Advanced troubleshooting and lifecycle support for executive devices (laptops, tablets, mobile, home office) across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Setup, optimization, and real‑time support of executive meeting technologies – Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, hybrid work tools, and AV integrations.
- Rapid‑response IT solutions for high‑priority events – board meetings, earnings calls, investor presentations, and executive travel.
- Secure, high‑performance environments – manage VPNs, endpoint protection, compliance settings, and coordinate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.
- Recommend and implement technology upgrades, workflow automation, and personalized enhancements to the executive tech stack.
- Maintain proactive support documentation, executive playbooks, onboarding/offboarding processes, handling all sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Proficient across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and AV tools.
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Exchange Online) and collaboration platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex).
- Skilled in endpoint management and IT support tools – Microsoft Intune, Beyond Trust, SCCM, Big Fix, Service Now, Jira Service Desk.
- Strong networking fundamentals – DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, Wi‑Fi optimization; identity/access management – Azure AD, Okta, MFA, conditional access.
- Proficient in scripting and automation – Power Shell, Python, Bash.
- Exceptional problem‑solving, decision‑making, and independent resolution under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years supporting executive leadership in hybrid environments.
- Approximately 30% travel across the U.S., Mexico, and Caribbean.
- On‑call support to executives as needed, outside standard business hours.
- Certifications:
CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Admin Associate, or equivalent.
- Certifications:
Apple CSP, ITIL Foundation, CISSP or CompTIA Security +, Jamf. - Outstanding customer service orientation, communication skills, and discretion handling sensitive executive issues.

CNO encourages flexibility. Associates within 60‑mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando, Milwaukee) may work from that office. Associates outside that radius may work full‑time from any U.S. location, traveling approximately 30% of the time. Work cannot be performed from outside the United States.
