• Support, service, maintain, and update large ERP
• Manage ticketing system, prioritize tickets, and elevate when needed
• Lead system reviews with business unit leaders analyzing ERP usage
• Work on special projects related to the ERP system and ancillary systems
• Ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner

• 3+ years of overall support experience in ERP and manufacturing support
• Experience with large ERP platforms – Oracle, SAP, SAGE, Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Infor, etc.
• Strong customer‑service communication and support experience
• Experience with other enterprise software systems
