• Document, edit, and manage data related to Outside Plant (OSP) long-haul fiber networks, including fiber connectivity and cable routes
• Review engineering diagrams and vendor documentation to ensure accurate digital records
• Assist senior specialists in maintaining the accuracy of field infrastructure assets through detailed data checks
• Work with the team to digitize and verify all network elements, logging any changes in the system
• Provide support by generating network data reports and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams

• Foundational knowledge or proven interest in telecommunications construction techniques, networking principles, or fiber optic technology
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills when handling data or complex documentation
• Proficiency with Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets, and ability to quickly learn new software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting technical information
• Understanding of the importance of clear process documentation and technical guides

• Exposure to specialized fiber network management software (e.g., OSPi, Netcracker, ArcGIS, Small World)
• Familiarity with interpreting technical schematics or blueprints
• Basic knowledge of fiber network infrastructure, routes, splicing, and cabling standards
