Dev Ops Software Engineer (Remote)

Remote – Poland / must overlap with US Eastern Time (min. 4 hours)

We’re hiring a Dev Ops Software Engineer to support the build, deployment, and operational lifecycle of distributed systems in a cloud-native environment. You will be part of a global Dev Ops team focused on automation, performance, and scalability for enterprise-grade platforms.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or similar
• Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform
  , Cloud Formation
  , or other IaC tools
• Automate deployment processes across Kubernetes or containerized environments
• Monitor infrastructure and applications using tools like Prometheus
  , Grafana
  , or Datadog
• Support logging, tracing, and observability initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to optimize Dev Sec Ops  workflows

• 4+ years of experience in Dev Ops / SRE / Platform Engineering
• Proficiency in AWS
  , Docker
  , Kubernetes
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Pulumi)
• Scripting knowledge:
  Python
  , Bash
  , or similar
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automated deployment
• Familiarity with Linux-based environments

• Experience with Git Ops
  , ArgoCD
  , or Flux
• Familiarity with security automation
  , secret management (Vault, SSM)
• Exposure to hybrid cloud or multi-region deployments
• Background in fintech, medtech, or high-compliance industries
• Client Industry: Enterprise Software / Cloud Infrastructure
• Team: Agile, globally distributed team with Dev Ops and SRE focus
• Timezone: Must overlap at least 4 hours with US EST
