- Design and implement automations for provisioning, entitlements, and tier-1 deflection

- Define SLAs/SLOs, instrument operational metrics, and conduct regular service reviews
- Mentor and coach P3 engineers in automation and scalable integration design
- 7+ years of experience in IT engineering, enterprise applications, or service delivery
- ITIL 4 Foundations certification
- Proven experience in leading incident, problem, and change management processes
- Advanced proficiency in Python scripting and automation frameworks
- Strong program/project management skills with the ability to deliver initiatives independently
- Experience with AI & automation platforms, including security and governance guardrails
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured, scalable solutions
- Leadership presence and credibility with executives and peers
- A builder’s mindset with empathy for end users
- High tolerance for ambiguity and skill in bringing clarity and structure
