• Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring technical scope and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage project expectations
• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions by translating business requirements into technical designs
• Provide technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle and troubleshoot issues as needed

• Proven expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong experience in integration and App Exchange package configuration
• Hands‑on experience with code and data migration using Salesforce tools and Dev Ops processes
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, APIs, and Salesforce configuration/customization
• Experience leading Salesforce implementations and client engagements end‑to‑end

• Familiarity with CI/CD, sandbox management, release planning, and QA/UAT support
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to perform fit-gap analysis, solution design, and business process optimization
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients and driving adoption of Salesforce best practices
