We are seeking a Business Systems Engineer to design, build, and maintain automation solutions that streamline and optimize marketing operations. This role will leverage Adobe Workfront Fusion, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), and Salesforce Flow to create scalable, efficient processes that reduce manual work and improve cross-functional collaboration.

This is a work from home position within the U.S.

• Automation Development:
  Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), and Salesforce Flow to streamline marketing and operational processes.

• Integration:
  Connect and orchestrate workflows across core systems such as Salesforce, Adobe Workfront, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other marketing tools using APIs, connectors, and low-code integration patterns.

• Governance & Security:
  Implement best practices for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and security roles across Adobe, Microsoft, and Salesforce platforms.

• Monitoring & Maintenance:
  Ensure reliability and scalability through proactive error handling, logging, and performance monitoring of automation workflows.

• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to gather requirements, manage intake, and deliver automation solutions aligned with business priorities.

• Documentation & Training:
  Develop user guides, conduct demos, and provide training to drive adoption and empower teams to leverage automation tools effectively.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay current on new features and capabilities in Adobe, Microsoft, and Salesforce ecosystems; optimize existing automations; and track ROI and time savings to demonstrate business impact.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Salesforce Flow.

• Proven ability to deliver production-grade automations with robust error handling, logging, and monitoring.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and webhooks.

• Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, including environment strategy and version control.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong communication and documentation skills for stakeholder engagement and training.

• Certifications in Power Platform or Adobe Workfront Fusion.

• Experience integrating with Salesforce, SharePoint, Teams, or other marketing technology platforms.

• Basic scripting skills (Power Shell or JavaScript) for advanced automation scenarios.

• Background in Marketing or Sales Operations processes.

• 4+ years of experience or a master degree.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
