WHAT YOU’LL DOThe SSR-II provides support services to the Account Managers. Among other duties, their responsibilities include quoting, researching product information, and data entry.
- Answering department phone calls
- Conducting basic product research
- Adding new products to the database
- Updating database pricing
- Using basic Visio for diagramming
- Designing sales quotes and scopes of work
- Verifying correct parts for proposed customer solutions
- Communicating weekly with customers and their respective Account Managers
- Outbound telemarketing calls to prospect for new customers
- Reporting new customer opportunities weekly
- Associate degree or minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
- Four (4) or more years of technology/information systems technical solution sales experience required
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers
- Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce, and Visio
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills, including knowledge of professional telephone etiquette
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn basic technical product information
- Ability to work under pressure
