• Lead initiatives within the Commercial Process and Systems Program, aligning technology and process simplification with segment needs
• Champion technology standardization across the Corporates product portfolio, including Tax & Trade, Legal, and Risk
• Oversee the multi-year technology roadmap and maintain a comprehensive view of the Corporates technology landscape
• Serve as the main contact for technology-related escalations, facilitating prompt resolution through appropriate teams
• Drive technology-enabled business outcomes by leveraging AI/ML, data analytics, and cybersecurity trends

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic technology leadership roles
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with executives, employees, and external partners
• Proven ability to partner effectively in a highly matrixed organization
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of business processes and technical requirements
• Experience in strategic planning and prioritization of technology initiatives

• Familiarity with core platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and Conga
• Expertise in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning applications and their strategic business impact
• Knowledge of cybersecurity trends and ability to integrate security posture into technology planning
• Understanding of Digital Ethics, Responsible Technology development, and Green IT practices
