• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring integration with Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
• Develop and manage data models, identity resolution rules, and segmentation frameworks
• Configure and optimize Data Streams, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activation Targets
• Troubleshoot and resolve Data Cloud issues, including data ingestion and identity resolution
• Train and mentor internal teams on best practices for Data Cloud usage

• 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2–3 years focused on Salesforce Data Cloud
• Hands‑on expertise with Data Cloud One, including staging schemas and governance
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, data modeling, and segmentation
• Experience integrating Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external data sourcesi>
• Proficiency in data ingestion and activation strategies

• Experience with Agentforce / AI Copilot integrations
• Familiarity with Adobe, Live Ramp, Sprinklr, or other Martech/Adtech platforms
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and security best practices
• Background in nonprofit or healthcare industries is a plus
