• Oversee cross-functional technical projects from initiation through delivery, interacting with existing customers
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including service delivery, operations, product technology, and customers
• Manage audit reviews to ensure compliance with technology standards and contractual obligations
• Monitor and communicate progress on troubleshooting and incident fixes to clients and internal teams
• Support and manage security compliance processes for certifications such as SOC2 and ISO 27001

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience and 3+ years of experience with security compliance
• Professional interaction skills with diverse groups, including executives and external customers
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud platforms and infrastructure components
• Highly organized with strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Familiarity with security policies such as SOC2, ISO 27001, and PCI
• Experience with monitoring and security tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
