• Collaborate with the technical lead to create and implement a log ingestion strategy
• Develop detection strategies based on industry best practices
• Monitor, optimize, and fine-tune log sources for improved performance
• Serve as a subject matter expert in SIEM, correlation, and log source ingestion
• Provide consultative guidance to customers to enhance their security posture

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with SIEM solutions in enterprise environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in log management, event collection, and compliance automation using SIEM platforms
• Strong expertise in developing correlation and detection rules within SIEM systems
• Familiarity with SIEM technologies like Splunk and IBM QRadar

• Experience working with Security Operations Centers (SOC) tooling and processes (4 years preferred)
• Relevant bachelor s degree or industry-recognized qualifications (CISSP, GIAC, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Regular Expressions (Regex)
• Ability to generate reports on SIEM performance metrics
• Understanding of Security Analysis & Response across various environments
