We are building the most advanced field operation in Canada to eliminate invasive species and regenerate natural ecosystems at scale.

Using our systems you will manage quoting, marketing, and communication end-to-end and fully independently. Role Overview

This role covers multiple functions; each system is already built and running. Your job is to execute with consistency and precision using clear processes and AI tools. This isn’t a support position. You’ll be expected to use highly efficient workflows and manage your own schedule.

You will provide highly responsive communication, use ChatGPT, VEO 3, satellite imagery, automation tools, and Jobber CRM to make quoting, communications, and marketing more efficient and accurate than any competitor in the industry. You will have direct access to customers through the main inbox and phone number (text only).

What You’ll Do Quote Preparation

Respond rapidly to incoming leads and collect the required information (photos, name, address, contact details, and description of project).
Follow up until all details are gathered.
Use Google Street View, Apple Look Around, and satellite imagery to create annotated screenshots of the property.
Use ChatGPT to identify and list the plants in the photos sent by the customer and draft initial quotes (to be finalized by the founder).

Content Production

Create AI-generated SEO articles using ChatGPT and post on the Ascent Yard Care blog.
Create AI-generated videos using VEO 3.
Promote offers, discounts and seasonal promotions across social media and Google Business Profile posts.

Communication

Respond to leads that come in via text, voicemail, missed calls, and emails to collect the required information in order to prepare a quote (we do not answer the phone, text only).
Maintain a professional, helpful tone in all communications.
Convert one‑off customers into recurring customers.
Draft email replies using ChatGPT and premade response templates.

Organization

Audit texts, voicemail, missed calls, and emails ensuring nothing gets missed.
Use Jobber CRM to categorize customers, mark invoices as paid and follow up with the overdue invoices.
Continuously optimize internal workflows using automation and data.

Bonus Skills

Build further automations using n8n, Lindy, or Zapier to save time and increase throughput.
