As a Staff Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision‑making across the organization. • Lead end-to-end analytical projects, defining problem statements, hypotheses, and methodology
• Develop and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
• Collaborate with business partners to align analytics with strategic priorities
• Design and implement advanced analytical models, including predictive modeling and segmentation strategies
• Create compelling dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
• Promote data literacy and adoption across teams by sharing best practices and analytical knowledge
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using data‑driven approaches

• Proven experience in data analytics with a track record of delivering impactful insights
• Strong understanding of statistical methodologies, including regression, hypothesis testing, and inference
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools; familiarity with Amazon Quick Sight is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to technical and non‑technical audiences
• Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking skills, and business acumen
• Fluent in English
