Senior Product Manager; Derivative Trading & UX

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative trading products across a global derivatives platform. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring exceptional user experiences for sophisticated traders. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams, you will translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product improvements.

• Lead the full lifecycle of derivative trading product initiatives, from research and ideation through to launch and post-launch optimization
• Conduct competitor analysis and leverage customer feedback to identify product gaps and growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to execute the product roadmap efficiently and effectively
• Partner with cross-functional teams including design, sales, marketing, legal, and customer support to ensure seamless product delivery
• Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate to improve user experience and trading outcomes
• Champion the adoption of new features, advocating for trader needs and driving UX enhancements
• Act as the key liaison between business strategy and technical execution

• 5+ years of product management or product development experience in trading, financial products, or fintech
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of derivative trading products and trading platforms
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into clear business objectives and product requirements
• Proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with UX principles and delivering high-quality user experiences
• Familiarity with agile product development practices
