You use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity daily to accelerate your workflow (research, copy variations, and troubleshooting).
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
You can analyze CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates to diagnose funnel leaks. You don't just report numbers; you recommend fixes. - Tech Stack:
Familiarity with tracking tools (GA4, Hyros, Looker Studio) and funnel builders. - Language:
Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.
- Self-Directed:
You figure things out without hand-holding. You ask "why" before "how." - Async-Ready:
You are reliable and organized in a fully remote environment, comfortable communicating via Slack/Loom without constant meetings.
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL).

We are currently a $4M/year bootstrapped business with a singular goal for 2026: hitting $10M in revenue. To do this, we need to scale our paid acquisition aggressive and efficiently. That is where you come in.
The Team You’ll JoinYou will join a lean, high-performance Growth team. We operate with no bureaucracy and no pointless meetings. We are fully remote and async-first (Slack/Click Up), meaning we value deep work over "looking busy." You will work directly with experienced direct response marketers who have already scaled this business, giving you a chance to learn high-level strategy while you execute.
How You Connect to the GoalYou won't just be "running ads." You will own the engine that drives our growth. By managing $70k–$200k/month in ad spend and optimizing our funnels, you are directly responsible for the lead flow required to double the size of the company. The Role & TeamYou will serve as the primary owner of our paid acquisition engine and funnel execution. This is an execution-heavy role where you will manage substantial budgets ($70k immediately and growing to $200k/mo) and iterate rapidly on creative strategy. You will work directly with our experienced, senior direct response marketers to strategize, and you will collaborate with designers to execute your creative vision.
Key Responsibilities- Paid Media (Meta Ads):
Build, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across cold traffic, retargeting, and conversion objectives. Test creatives, audiences, and offers systematically. You will handle daily optimization and make data-driven decisions to scale spend from $70k to $200k/month. - Copy & Creative:
Write high-converting ad copy (leveraging AI tools like Claude/ChatGPT) and develop unique angles/hooks. You will brief designers on ad creatives and direct the visual strategy. - Funnel Operations:
Build and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and nurture sequences in Go High Level . Your goal is to improve conversion rates at every step (Lead → Booked Call → Sale). You'll also launch new funnels under leadership guidance. - Analytics:
Track KPIs (CPL, ROAS, Cost Per Call, Conversion Rates) using Google Analytics, Hyros, and Looker Studio and maintain clean reporting across our analytics stack. You must be able to diagnose underperformance and implement fixes immediately.
- First 30 Days:
You are fully onboarded, running daily campaign management independently, and have completed your first round of creative tests. - First 90 Days:
