Enterprise Architecture Data Analyst - Remote

• Curate and maintain architecture metadata within the Enterprise Architecture Repository (Service Now)
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders to validate and structure data
• Conduct regular data quality reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of architecture data
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into architecture health and technology lifecycle
• Provide training and support on repository usage and data entry standards

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data governance, or information management
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and frameworks
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience with Service Now, particularly the Strategic Portfolio Management or Enterprise Architecture modules
• Strong SQL skills and experience with structured data sets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Power BI, and automation tools
• Experience with metadata management and architecture modeling tools
• 5+ years of experience in business or data analysis, preferably in IT‑led projects
