- Design, code, and test applications within the People Soft software suite
- Develop and maintain integrations between People Soft and other applications
- Identify and plan for design and development risks
- Create and support reports for data analysis and decision-making
- Assist with upgrades and data mapping for system improvements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related subject
- Minimum of five years of experience in HRIS or a similar role
- Proven experience in the software development lifecycle as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Demonstrated experience with People Soft applications, specifically FSCM, FMS, HCM, or CS 9.2
- Experience in integrating third‑party systems with cloud and on‑premise solutions
- At least 10 years of experience in relevant fields
- Experience providing enterprise consulting services
- Experience in leading Oracle implementation, upgrade, or systems integration projects
- Knowledge of Java, APIs, and Object‑Oriented Development
- Familiarity with SQL, People Code, Integration Broker, and Fluid UI
