• Maintain and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Manage Salesforce users, profiles, and permission sets while performing regular data management tasks
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user proficiency in Salesforce
• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and address issues
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including automation processes using tools like Flow

• More than 3 years of experience as a CRM system administrator in the life sciences industry
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and the ability to troubleshoot Salesforce
• Salesforce Administrator certification;
  Salesforce Developer and Business Analyst certifications preferred
• Experience managing multiple projects, from gathering requirements to rolling out solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration

• Knowledge of Pardot, Mulesoft, and PowerBI
• Experience in a customer-facing role within the biopharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting within Salesforce
