• Lead, manage, and monitor multiple complex projects from sales to implementation, ensuring effective communication of project status until completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and risk logs to mitigate risks impacting project success
• Conduct post-project evaluations and provide ongoing support to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

• Experience in health information systems, technology, or equivalent
• Proven experience with project management tools
• Proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, and Teams, Miro, and Confluence
• Strong project delivery skills, including accurate planning and managing resources effectively
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills across multiple functional groups

• Experience supporting teams in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex project issues
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills suitable for diverse audiences, including senior leadership and customers
