Implementation Specialist

Dominion Payroll is hiring an Implementation Specialist to drive client onboarding and build customized payroll platform solutions.

• Main point of contact with new clients during implementation process.
• Build customized payroll platform in coordination with other services and departments.
• Collect data to build current year payroll and balance new system to previous quarterly and individual payroll information.
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate additional product setup with implementation setup.

• Two to three years payroll experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.

Target salary range $50,000 - $70,000. Role may also be eligible for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
