• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and system security
• Support Salesforce users through administrative tasks, including managing profiles and permissions
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for users to enhance their proficiency in Salesforce
• Conduct regular data management tasks, such as data imports, cleaning, and duplicate management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and troubleshoot issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or equivalent
• Over 3 years of experience as a CRM system administrator, particularly in the life sciences sector
  
  Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and its features
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration

• Experience with Pardot, Mulesoft, and Power
  
  BI is a plus
• Salesforce Developer and Business Analyst certifications are advantageous
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from requirements gathering to solution implementation
