- Implement, maintain, and optimize Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and system specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MMIS
- Ensure systems comply with federal and state regulatory requirements
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)
- Knowledge of federal and state Medicaid regulations
- Proficiency in database management and software development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Advanced degree or certification in a related field
- Experience with healthcare data interchange standards (e.g., HL7, HIPAA)
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services
- Prior experience in a healthcare or government services environment at the state and local level
- Experience with systems modernization, data warehousing, data lakes, and/or cloud migrations
