• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

As an Application Programmer Analyst at Spurwink, you'll work closely with teams across the organization to design and develop user‑friendly applications, reports, and automated processes that improve business operations. You'll support and maintain information systems, troubleshoot data issues, and assist staff with technical requests, all while gaining hands‑on experience with tools like SQL, Sisense, and Power Automate. This role is ideal for early‑career IT professionals who are adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a collaborative environment focused on innovation and service.

Ideal candidates for the Application Programmer Analyst role have completed at least two years of college coursework in a related field or possess equivalent hands‑on experience. You should have a foundational understanding of SQL or other relational database technologies, experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Sisense or Tableau, and experience gathering and refining user requirements. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, R, or Power Shell is a plus.

Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a customer‑focused mindset are essential, as you'll be supporting users with diverse technical backgrounds and collaborating across departments in a dynamic, mission‑driven environment.
