Security End User Computing Consultant

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Security End User Computing (EUC) Consultant that will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure end-user computing environments across physical, virtual, and cloud platforms. This role ensures that identity, access, and endpoint security controls are robust, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices such as CIS benchmarks. The consultant will provide expertise in PKI, identity management, Microsoft 365 security, and virtual desktop infrastructure while balancing security with user productivity.

• Strong knowledge of EUC technologies (Windows 10/11, macOS, AVD, Citrix/VMware).
• Expertise in PKI
  , Active Directory
  , Entra , and Microsoft 365 security
  .
• Familiarity with CIS benchmarks and other security standards.
• Experience with endpoint security tools, vulnerability management, and patching strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Certifications:
  
  CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Certified:
  Security Administrator Associate, or similar.
• Experience with Zero Trust architecture and secure remote access solutions.

• Define and implement security standards for EUC platforms (Windows, macOS, AVD, VDI solutions).
• Develop secure configurations aligned with CIS benchmarks for operating systems and applications.
• Design and maintain PKI infrastructure for certificate-based authentication and encryption.

• Secure and optimize Active Directory (AD) and Entra  (Azure AD) environments.
• Implement conditional access, MFA, and Zero Trust principles.
• Ensure proper governance of privileged accounts and role-based access controls.

• Configure and monitor security features in Microsoft 365 (Defender, DLP, encryption, compliance).
• Implement secure collaboration policies for Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive.
• Deploy and manage endpoint security tools (AV, EDR, DLP, disk encryption).
• Monitor and respond to EUC-related security incidents and vulnerabilities.

• Secure Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and other VDI platforms.
• Apply CIS security standards to virtualized environments.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CIS standards
