• Lead legal support for hyperscale customer negotiations, including data center leases and service agreements
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Development, Operations, and Executive leadership to negotiate transactions
• Manage outside counsel when specialized expertise is required
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts with various stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal contract policies and risk management standards

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials
• Six or more years of experience in contract negotiation, real estate, lease negotiation, and/or corporate law
• Strong analytical, time management, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with ERP systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Box, and Docu Sign
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time efficiently
• Ambitious and optimistic attitude
