• Own the product vision and strategic roadmap for customer-facing AI/ML models and analytics features
• Engage with strategic customers to understand their needs and co-develop new features
• Define, measure, and communicate product success using relevant metrics
• Write detailed specifications for data processes and transformation logic
• Collaborate with various teams to develop launch plans and sales collateral

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in product management or data-centric roles
• Strong ability to connect technical features to customer value and business outcomes
• Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and manage feedback
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with modern BI tools

• Experience with modern data stacks such as Snowflake, Fivetran, and DBT
• Familiarity with scripting languages like R or Python for data analysis
• Exposure to the AI/ML lifecycle or production machine learning models
• Domain expertise in B2B SaaS verticals like Field Services or Building Services
