What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct thorough technical and business discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and design tailored demonstrations
  • Architect AI-driven customer experience solutions that translate complex technologies into business-focused narratives
  • Own the technical engagement throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with customer goals and compliance standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmap and ensure a unified go-to-market strategy

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments
  • Proven experience in designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in customer experience
  • Expertise in domains such as CCaaS, customer service software, ITSM, or business intelligence
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
