• Design and maintain internal enablement content for both human teams and AI systems to ensure operational excellence
• Gather and analyze information to create robust training materials and AI Agent enablement content
• Develop structured learning paths that progress from conceptual understanding to practical application
• Curate a variety of training materials, including written guides, videos, and quizzes, aligning them with process documentation
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and refine materials based on feedback and knowledge assessments

• 3+ years of proven work experience in Adult Learning, Training & Development
• Strong experience in designing learning content and iterating on existing materials
• Ability to break down complex topics into clear, structured documentation for training
• Experience working with AI Agents, chatbots, or knowledge-driven automation systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and analytical abilities

• Familiarity with prompt design, knowledge structure, and AI training methodologies
• Experience cultivating relationships with cross-functional subject matter experts
• Familiarity with Jira, Postman, Salesforce, and Learning Management Systems
• Automotive industry experience and familiarity with dealership business models
