• Proven experience with content management systems, project management tools, and email marketing platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of digital communication trends, best practices, and accessibility considerations

• Experience with Drupal or similar content management systems
• Familiarity with content design software such as Canva and Google Slides
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across various levels of the organization
• Curiosity and commitment to learning new skills and adapting to emerging technologies, including AI
