About the RoleWe’re looking for an Integrations Manager to join our Operations team and help drive the technical execution of our pharmacy, EHR, and state‑level system integrations. This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor role
—you will not be managing people, but rather managing the processes, timelines, and communication needed to deliver high‑quality, scalable integrations.
You should have a strong understanding of data formats like HL7 and JSON
, be comfortable collaborating with engineers and external partners, and be able to communicate clearly across technical and non‑technical audiences. While this is not a coding role, you should be technically fluent and capable of translating requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting go‑lives.
This role is critical to Impruvon’s expansion, supporting state deployments, pharmacy partnerships, and cross‑system interoperability — helping us grow with consistency, security, and reliability.
Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration Execution & Coordination
- Support integration delivery for customers and partners
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with stakeholders (customers, state IT teams, PMS vendors, EHRs, pharmacies)
- Translate business and technical needs into structured requirements, data mappings, and test plans

- Monitor integration timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful and compliant launches
- Serve as the day‑to‑day technical liaison for pharmacy and technology partners
- Translate technical information into actionable items for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain clear documentation of integration decisions, changes, and partner specifications
- Maintain structured documentation for all integration flows, schemas, validation protocols, and escalation processes
- Contribute to building scalable integration frameworks, including standardized workflows and governance models
- Partner with Engineering to improve visibility into integration health (error rates, throughput, schema issues)
- Assist in triaging and resolving integration issues quickly and accurately
Track metrics and help reduce integration‑related escalations or delays
- Work closely with Product, Customer Experience (CX), Support, and Engineering to ensure integrations improve workflows and outcomes
- Help internal teams understand integration workflows, expectations, and responsibilities
- Timely and successful go‑lives for customers
- Reduced support tickets and escalations related to integration issues
- Improved integration uptime and lower error rates
- Clear and standardized documentation across all integration projects
- Reduced partner onboarding timelines and increased repeatability
- 4+ years of experience in a technical integrations, implementation, or health tech role — or equivalent experience managing healthcare data workflows and coordinating across technical teams
- Strong familiarity with HL7, JSON, and API‑based systems (you don’t need to code, but you must understand the structure and logic)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements for internal teams and external partners
- Experience working with or supporting pharmacies, EHR vendors, PMS platforms, or state agencies is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially around documentation and process execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Curious and fast learner with strong critical thinking skills
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and execution‑focused
- Clear communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non‑technical audiences
- Thrives in a startup environment (adaptable, collaborative, and energized by growth)
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) retirement plan
