We’re seeking a certified Marketing Cloud Developer to create sophisticated, personalized marketing experiences across the full Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. You’ll build dynamic, data-driven campaigns that engage customers at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities- Build personalized, dynamic messages and landing pages using advanced Marketing Cloud tools
- Create custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services
- Develop Marketing Cloud scripting solutions with AMPScript and other languages
- Design and maintain advanced segmentation strategies and audience targeting
- Build complex customer journeys using Journey Builder with Journey Orchestration capabilities
- Develop multi-channel orchestration implementations including email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail
- Configure and optimize data management processes within Marketing Cloud
- Build comprehensive reporting and analytics dashboards
- Test and troubleshoot integrations using tools like cURL
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Partner with marketing teams to transform campaign requirements into technical solutions
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification (required)
- 5+ years as a Marketing Cloud Developer
- 5+ years of SQL, web services, and API development experience (REST/SOAP)
- Expert-level proficiency in Content Builder, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder
- Strong understanding of Journey Orchestration for complex, multi-channel customer experiences
- Experience with multi-channel orchestration including SMS, push notifications, and direct mail integration
- Strong coding abilities in Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Hands‑on experience with Marketing Cloud scripting languages (AMPScript, SSJS)
- Experience with JSON frameworks and data manipulation
- Proficiency with cURL and API testing tools
- Solid understanding of database concepts and data management principles
- Experience developing AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) emails for interactive content
- Additional Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
- Experience with advanced features like Einstein and Interaction Studio
- HTML/CSS skills for email and landing page development
- Understanding of marketing automation best practices
