Job Summary
The position is responsible for data entry of driver trip records and processing of suspended trips in the trip record imaging system. This role backs up the permit desk several times a week and supports the suspended process for GPS trips. The position works directly with state agencies, the SSC, various field positions, and other employees in the department.
Responsibilities- Key paper documents and imaged trips for data entry.
- Communicate with partners in India (WNS) via email and conference calls to provide feedback on the data entry process performed in India.
- Run and work specific reports related to duplicate trips and duplicate fuel.
- Work flexibly with the team to accomplish monthly department goals.
- Serve as backup for the daily permit functions and learn the roll to support field and state agencies.
- Handle daily and yearly bulk fuel processing.
- Work with the permit renewal process.
H.S. diploma/GED. Basic Financial Accounting course or equivalent.
ExperienceOne year or more experience with proficient data entry and intermediate Excel.
Skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Intermediate Excel, Access, and Word skills; intermediate level.
CompensationHourly. Minimum $20.00. Maximum $21.00. Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and type.
