• Support Long Term Care Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
• Collaborate with business partners to gather business requirements and develop dashboards and key performance indicators
• Conceptualize, create, and automate dashboards in Power
  
  BI for tracking metrics and driving business recommendations
• Build and maintain reporting using tools such as SQL, Spotfire, and PowerBI
• Participate in strategic initiative projects by providing insight and data analysis

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
• 2-5 years of professional experience developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
• Excellent analytic and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify trends and solve problems using data
• Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python
• Proficiency in writing SQL and optimizing established SQL queries

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Familiarity with Power
  
  BI and data visualization best practices
• Knowledge of claims strategy and relevant financial goals
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders
• Experience conducting cost‑benefit analysis and capacity planning
