Key Responsibilities
* ** Prompt Engineering and Optimization:
** Design, refine, and manage prompts for high-quality voice and chat applications powered by large language models (LLMs), ensuring seamless and engaging interactions in production environments.
* ** Multi-Agent System Architecture:
** Develop and orchestrate complex multi-agent frameworks to facilitate sophisticated conversational flows, enabling dynamic and context-aware AI interactions.
* ** Automation and Validation:
** Build and maintain automated testing pipelines, validation frameworks, and version control systems to continuously assess and improve LLM output quality.
* ** Integration and Deployment:
** Collaborate with backend engineers to deploy scalable LLM-based solutions, integrating communication APIs such as Twilio, Whats App, and other messaging platforms.
* ** Performance Monitoring and Quality Assurance:
** Track conversation metrics, analyze system performance, and implement improvements to enhance user satisfaction and system reliability.

** A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with large language models such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or other open-source alternatives.
