The statewide Pi515 AI Challenge offers students ages
18-24 an opportunity to tackle real-world social and economic issues in Iowausing Multi-Modal AI and big data. Teams of 3-5 students will design innovative and scalable solutions that address challenges in agriculture, finance, cybersecurity,and education. This program runs February-April 2026 and culminates with apublic pitch competition, where top teams present their ideas for the chance towin awards funds to further develop their project.

• 1. Working with a teamof 3-5 students
• 2. Offering expertise,guidance, and support as teams develop their AI solution and model
• 3. Meeting at leasttwice (1-2 hours, virtually) over the course of the program (February - April 2026)
