• Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across departments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital tools and platforms
• Support change management, training, and digital adoption efforts
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize digital solutions
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology strategy
• Stay current on emerging digital trends and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with digital tools, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Experience working in remote or hybrid environments
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or change management methodologies
• Background in enterprise software, automation, or data-driven solutions

Salary Range: $105,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience and role type)

Annual Bonus:
Typically 10%–20% of base salary
