As an Advanced Analytics Lead at First American, you will help shape the future of the experiences we build for our escrow officers, underwriters, title agents, and agency partners. You will apply your leadership, project management, analytical, and technical skills, creativity, and product intuition to one of the largest title insurance data sets in the world. You will work directly in partnership with product managers and engineering leaders to empower them with data-driven insights and AI solutions as well as corporate reporting functions to ensure the business divisions have the data needed to manage their business better.
You will dig into the data to uncover new insights, identify opportunities for product improvements, determine product metrics, and promote customer experience for First American products. As the Advanced Analytics Lead, you will establish the data analytics roadmap(s) for the product team and implement projects in data analytics, data science, and product insights. You will influence product strategy and investment decisions with data, focus on impact, and act as the data lead for a high-performing product team.
You’ll Do
Data thought leadership: You will use data to understand the product and business ecosystem, quantify new opportunities through data and AI techniques, identify upcoming challenges, and shape product development to bring value to users, business divisions, and First American. You will help develop data and AI strategy and support leadership in prioritizing what to build and setting goals for execution.
Product Analytics: You will guide product teams using AI, data and insights. You will focus on developing hypotheses and employ a diverse toolkit of rigorous analytical approaches, different methodologies, frameworks, and technical and/or AI approaches to test them. Additionally, you will work with corporate reporting teams to ensure business division reports are maintained and enhanced as the suite of products are rolled out.
