• Lead the technical execution of Word Press projects, ensuring alignment with client needs
• Mentor developers and provide architectural guidance to the technical team
• Collaborate with UX, design, and project management teams during project planning
• Write and review code and technical documentation, ensuring high standards of quality
• Manage the technical team's workload across various phases of the project lifecycle

• 8+ years of professional experience with Word Press
• Strong expertise in Word Press architecture and custom development (themes, plugins, Gutenberg blocks)
• Proficient in JavaScript, React, PHP, and SQL, with familiarity in development tools like Git Hub and Docker
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

• Experience working in a remote agency environment
• Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility, and web standards
