We are seeking an experienced Word Press Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in building custom Word Press websites from bespoke designs, implementing responsive layouts using Bootstrap, and creating advanced custom fields to enhance content management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop custom Word Press themes based on provided design specifications
- Implement responsive layouts using Bootstrap framework
- Create and configure Advanced Custom Fields for enhanced content management
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Optimise website performance, loading times, and SEO
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to implement design specifications
- Maintain and update existing Word Press websites
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs
- Document development processes and maintain codebase standards
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing custom Word Press websites
- Expert-level knowledge of Word Press core, theme development, and the Word Press ecosystem
- Ability to translate design mockups (Adobe XD, Indesign, Photoshop) into functional websites
- Proficient with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin implementation and customisation
- Strong understanding of Bootstrap framework for responsive design implementation
- Solid PHP programming skills
- Expert-level HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery skills
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of Word Press security best practices
- Knowledge of Word Press performance optimisation techniques
- Experience with Woo Commerce (beneficial)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience with custom post types, taxonomies, and Word Press hooks
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and services
- Understanding of SEO best practices for Word Press
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience — portfolio of projects
- Word Press certifications are a plus
- SALARY - Php 80,000 TO 85,000 PER MONTH
- TYPE OF WORK - FULL TIME (REMOTE), 40 HRS PER WEEK (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
- WORK SCHEDULE - UK TIMEZONE
