• Lead, manage, and monitor multiple complex projects from a Sales to Implementation perspective, effectively communicating project status until completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
• Manage project delivery within predefined goals, balancing time to market, quality, and resource availability
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators
• Conduct post-project evaluations and provide ongoing support to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

• Experience in health information systems, technology, or equivalent
• Proven experience with project management tools
• Proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, and Teams
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills across multiple functional groups
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing complex project issues

• Experience supporting teams in identifying and coordinating resources for project issues
• Demonstrated interpersonal and presentation skills for diverse audiences, including senior leadership and customers
