• Design, implement, and oversee the governance framework for global trade compliance
• Translate regulatory obligations into actionable requirements and coordinate stakeholder feedback
• Identify compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans
• Monitor remediation efforts and support internal audits and external reviews
• Design and manage global trade compliance training programs for various employee audiences

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 8+ years of professional experience
• 6+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of experience with international trade regulations (EAR, OFAC, BIS, EU Sanctions, etc.)
• 4+ years of experience developing governance frameworks, training programs, and compliance communications

• Experience in medical technology, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital communication platforms
• Demonstrated ability to influence at senior levels and foster a culture of compliance
