• Provide multi-faceted services for customers including new implementation and solution optimization
• Engage in customer kick-off meetings to discuss project expectations, deliverables, and training timelines
• Build relationships with customers and internal team members to enhance collaboration
• Monitor project plans and implementation timelines to ensure successful delivery
• Gather requirements for software configurations that meet customer business needs

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; no sponsorship for employment visas
• Strong background in manufacturing or related fields
• Experience in consulting, ERP, or software implementation

• 2+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing
• 2+ years of SQL experience
• Prior experience testing and validating software configurations
• Experience configuring software to meet customer requirements
• Familiarity with project management and customer support processes
