Senior Software Engineer, Machine Learning - Remote Eligible

• Design and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to address complex real estate challenges
• Perform comprehensive Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to understand data structure and optimize model performance
• Co-create data-driven insights for automated valuation and recommender systems
• Identify and implement improvements to machine learning models that enhance customer-facing experiences
• Assist engineers and stakeholders in understanding and utilizing data science methodologies and findings

• 5+ years of experience in data science, statistical modeling, and software engineering
• Required skills:
  
  4+ years of experience with Python (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Tensor Flow/Keras, Num Py, Pandas, XGBoost), SQL, A/B testing, statistical modeling, and data visualization
• Experience developing large-scale data applications backed by relational and non-relational databases
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey complex problems and findings to the team

• Experience with Recommender Systems
• Familiarity with Spark, Apache Airflow, and AWS (S3, Dynamo
  
  DB, Lambda, Kinesis, Sage Maker)
• Passion for inventing and applying advanced analytical and machine learning techniques to solve business problems
• Ability to take data science projects from inception through to deployment
