- 3+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments
- Proven experience in designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept
- Understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in customer experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; graduate degree is a plus
- Experience with CCaaS, customer service software, ITSM, or business intelligence solutions
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
