• Lead, manage, and monitor multiple complex projects from Sales to Implementation, ensuring effective communication of project status
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and successfully execute projects
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and risk logs to mitigate risks impacting project success
• Conduct post-project evaluations and provide ongoing support to enhance effectiveness and efficiency

• Experience in health information systems, technology, or a related field
• Proven experience with project management tools
• Proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, Teams, Miro, and Confluence
• Strong project delivery skills, including planning, managing resources, and communicating project status effectively
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication management skills across multiple functional groups

• Experience supporting teams in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex project issues
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills suitable for a diverse audience, including senior leadership and customers
