• Provide multi-faceted services for customers, including implementation and optimization of the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform
• Engage in customer kick-off meetings to review project expectations and deliverables
• Build relationships with customers and internal team members
• Monitor and deliver on project plans and implementation timelines
• Gather requirements for software configuration to meet customer business needs

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills for managing customer support requests
• Experience in ERP, MES, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Quality

• 2+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing
• 2+ years of SQL experience
• Prior software implementation experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience testing and validating software configurations
• Experience configuring software to meet customer requirements
