In the fast moving cryptocurrency industry, content is key to education and adoption. As a Content Marketing Manager at Bitfinex, you will speak to our sophisticated investors, creating high‑quality content on markets, initiatives, and developments that reflects the Bitfinex brand. You will write, edit, and promote editorial content, including research products, the Bitfinex blog, and partner initiatives. You will also champion Bitfinex’s thought leadership across forums and promote both exchange and securities products.

• Accountable for all content marketing initiatives driving traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and customer retention.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan meeting business objectives.
• Act as a brand publisher creating content our audience seeks and optimizing conversion paths.
• Manage editorial requirements: SEO, content categorization, development, distribution, measurement, and governance for consistent brand voice.
• Develop and maintain editorial calendar and organizational workflows.
• Channel management of digital content hubs, social channels, email/newsletter distribution; understand performance per channel.
• Measure and optimize programs regularly.
• Manage creative resources, designers, writers, and external agency relations.
• Integrate content programs with brand campaigns to drive demand.
• Present executive program approaches and results.

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience creating web content and growing a social audience.
• Editorial mindset focused on audience consumption and creation.
• Data-driven: analyze and report on content and social performance.
• Experience with Word Press, Google Analytics, and major social channels.
• Strong project management skills, juggling multiple stakeholders and delivering results in engagement, leads, and sales.
