- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Serve as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is refined and prioritized
- Identify and remove impediments that may impact the team's ability to deliver on sprint goals
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- CSM, CSPO, SAFe, or PMI-ACP certification
- Proven track record of coaching Agile teams and driving high performance
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops
- Experience in environments with a strong emphasis on data integrity, compliance, and privacy standards
- Proficiency in using data-driven insights and Agile metrics to guide teams
- Familiarity with additional Agile frameworks and methodologies, such as Kanban or SAFe
- Experience in creating training materials and conducting Agile training sessions
- Understanding of Dev Ops practices and their integration with Agile methodologies
